If you have ever been in the U.S.A.F. I am sure that you remember at least some of the paperwork that as had to be filled out.
One of these numerous forms was the AF 910, more commonly called the Performance Rating. It was a "report card" on what you were doing and how well you were doing it, at least as seen by your supervisor and his supervisor and his supervisor..........
