New Commander arrives –
This is the arrival of LTC James Howard CO from mid 67 to mid 68, I assume.
He signed my Bless Certificate, which I still have!
From left to right Gene Ireland, I think, LTC Howard,
and Ed Mann (that's me. Of course I didn't plan to be
an AF lifer so I left for a meeting at Kef as the new
CO was arriving. Nothing personal. It just worked out
that way. Who would pass up a free trip to the big city?)

Me with ball attached to neck.  Lots of fun once a month one you got yours over.  Then it was revenge time.I don't remember the names of the two man welcoming committee.  Maybe someone can identify them.

The shooter is 1st Sgt Halko, next to him is Curly.  That is what every one called him for obvious reasons.  SSgt in radar ops but could be maint.  I don't remember his or the others' name. The older I get, the more I forget.  Strange huh????

I don't remember the names of either one but the guy on the viewers right was an American civilian working for the USAF on a one year assignment.  I believe as training supervisor.  I'm not sure what grade.

This is TSgt Vasalo.  I believe the name is correct. Not really sure about spelling.  Some one might recognize him.  He was there prior to my arrival.  Which was Oct 1968.
